STORE COLLECTION POLICY

Please be aware that STORE COLLECTION products will not be delivered under any circumstances.
If you purchase an item marked STORE COLLECTION your delivery charge becomes your reservation fee which will be completely refunded when you collect the item.
STORE COLLECTION usually means the product is too large or heavy to warrant viable shipping options.

 

SHIPPED PRODUCT POLICY

Your purchase will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Our system generally uses Royal Mail for orders under £10, this may not always be the case due to physical sizes but is the general rule of thumb.

Most other orders will be shipped via a carrier, we strive to use the best value carriers which include APC, DPD & Evri.

If there is a problem with your order PRE shipping we will notify you within 24hours.
Please inspect all goods before signing for them, damaged goods that have been signed for cannot be returned or refunded and the damage will be treated as post delivery.

If your order does not arrive by the expected date please contact us directly on 01422 303606 and a member of staff will deal with it promptly.
The staff at this number can only deal with a missing order.
